'INDIANA JONES' E 'HARRY POTTER': DUE SEQUELS TANTO ATTESI PER JIM BROADBENT

Un’intervista, un attore, due seguiti tanto attesi .
In un’intervista in esclusiva con “Dark Horizons” l’attore JIM BROADBENT conferma non solo di essere stato scelto per il ruolo di Horace Lumacorno nel prossimo Harry Potter e il Principe mezzosangue, ma parla anche un poco del suo ruolo nel Quarto Indiana Jones.
Di seguito un estratto dell’intervista che ha avuto luogo la settimana scorsa al Film Festival di Toronto:
Domanda: "Sembra che lei abbia una vita piuttosto agiata che lascia solo in caso ci sia qualcosa che veramente vale la pena, vero?".
Broadbent: "Ho trascorso in sostanza
tre mesi in Lincolnshire quest’estate e ora all’improvviso sono di nuovo sulle montagne russe e devo finire Indiana Jones per il prossimo mese e ho un pochino da fare in 'Young Victoria' e quindi e’ un po’ tutto ammassato e poi ora sto facendo 'Harry Potter'".
Domanda: "Chi sarebbe?".
Broadbent: "Chi sono? Si chiama Horace Lumacorno. E’ un professore in pensione che e’ stato ripescato dal pensionamento perche’ ha dei segreti che servono nella battaglia contro i Mangiamorte. E’ una celebrità che insegna alla quale piace circondarsi di studenti che sono delle celebrità, e cosi che e’ attirato da Harry".
Domanda: "E' un personaggio divertente ?".
Broadbent: "Si e’ abbastanza comico. Non ho ancora iniziato. La fase del trucco e dei costumi e’ senza fine…".
Domanda: "Che tipo di costumi ?".
Broadbent: "Vestiti di tweed, quelle cose li, con le toppe. E’ un uomo di una certa età, mi sto invecchiando, m’invecchiano".
Domanda: "Ha letto il libro ?".
Broadbent: "Si, si si. Non li ho letti tutti ma ho letto questo qui".
Domanda: "Quale e’ il suo ruolo in Indiana Jones ?".
Broadbent: "Sono il collega di Indiana all’Accademia di Yale. Sono suo amico e collega… ci sono un paio di scene che dovranno togliere, delle mie".
Domanda: "Dopo di questo cosa farà ?".
Broadbent: "Dopo questo ? Harry Potter continuerà fino a maggio. Direi che e’ abbastanza come inizio. Ho qualcosa di mio e spero di poterlo fare ma ora non ne parlo…".

ONE INTERVIEW, ONE ACTOR, TWO EAGERLY AWAITED SEQUELS
In an upcoming exclusive interview for "Dark Horizons", actor JIM BROADBENT confirms not only that he has been cast as Horace Slughorn in the upcoming Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, but also talked a little about his role in the Fourth Indiana Jones as well.
Here's an excerpt from the interview which took place last week at the Toronto Film Festival:
Question: "You must have a comfortable life which is hard to give up unless something comes up you want to do".
Broadbent: "Yeah I had basically three months in Lincolnshire in the summer and suddenly now I'm back on the rollercoaster again and I've got to finish off 'Indiana Jones' next month and I've got a bit on Young Victoria and it's all been sort of stacking up and then I'm doing 'Harry Potter'".
Question: "Who are you ?".
Broadbent: "Who am I ? He's called Horace Slughorn. He's a retired teacher of magic who's drawn back out of retirement because he's got some secrets they need in the battle against the Deatheaters and he's quite star struck as a teacher and he's drawn back into the fold because he likes to notch up celebrity students, and he's drawn back by Harry".
Question: "Is he a comic character ?".
Broadbent: "He is quite a comic character, yes. I haven't started yet. I've had endless costume fittings and makeup and ...".
Question: "What kind of costumes ?".
Broadbent: "Tweedy sort of things with a bit of padding. He's an older man, I'm aging up again".
Question: "Have you read the book ?".
Broadbent: "Yep, yep, yep. I haven't read them all but I've read mine".
Question: "And who are you in Indiana Jones ?".
Broadbent: "I'm Indiana's academic colleague at Yale. I'm his friend and colleague - there are a couple of my scenes to go.
Question: What will you do next ?".
Broadbent: "After that? 'Harry Potter' goes 'til May. And that's enough to begin with. I've got something of my own I'm hoping to get going and I'm not talking about ....".
