    Emmys 2016 Awards Winners: LISTA COMPLETA/COMPLETE LIST (by Variety Staff)

    19/09/2016 - Emmys 2016 Awards Winners: LISTA COMPLETA/COMPLETE LIST by Variety Staff:

    The 2016 Emmy Awards took place Sunday night, honoring the best TV from the past year:

    HBO’s fantasy hit GAME OF THRONES dominated the night once again, which won a whopping 12 awards, including best drama. It was rivaled only by newcomer “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story,” which won five prizes, including best limited series.

    “Veep” won once again for best comedy, with Julia Louis-Dreyfus also taking home the trophy for lead actress in a comedy. Other big acting winners include Jeffrey Tambor for “Transparent,” Rami Malek for “Mr. Robot” and Tatiana Maslany for “Orphan Black.”

    Jimmy Kimmel hosted the ceremony, which aired on ABC live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. See a full list of winners below.
